Celebrate the rich textile legacy of coastal Karnataka with our Sunshine Mustard Udupi Saree. A true emblem of heritage, this saree is handwoven on traditional Malabar Frame looms—an artisanal technique introduced to the Dakshina Kannada region nearly 150 years ago. As a GI-tagged revival weave, every thread in this saree honors a craft that master weavers have meticulously reclaimed from the dominance of powerlooms.

The body features a rhythmic, all-over check pattern in vibrant red and mustard, defined by fine dark accent lines that lend a crisp, structured look. The border is framed in a clean red stripe with mustard-gold pinstripes, while the pallu transitions into layered vertical bands of red and mustard, accented with fine white threads and finished with hand-cut fringe tassels. Woven from fine cotton, it is exceptionally feather-light and designed for the Indian tropical climate.
