Celebrate the minimalist grace of coastal Karnataka with our Lavender Blush Udupi Saree. Handwoven on traditional Malabar Frame looms—an exceptional craft heritage introduced to the Dakshina Kannada region nearly 150 years ago by the Basel Mission—this GI-tagged revival textile balances historical mastery with functional modern luxury.

The body features a serene, uniform light pink canvas in a meticulous plain weave, designed to speak softly without structural distraction. An elegant frame is created by delicate lavender and golden pinstripes running clean along the borders. The pallu transitions gracefully into deep, contrasting horizontal stripe bands of rich purple and luminous gold, providing an artistic anchor to the lighter pastel body.

Woven using premium 60s count cotton yarn for both warp and weft, this handloom saree is feather-light, breathable, and beautifully crisp against the skin. It remains perfectly structured for the Indian tropical climate, making it an excellent statement piece for professional corporate wear, daytime casual affairs, and warm summer afternoons.

Meet The Muse

Nayana Being daring at heart and working in the financial sector, I have always been ready to step beyond the usual and embrace new experiences.

Yet, my love for the saree remains unchanged—deeply emotional and rooted in tradition. To me, it’s more than just attire; it’s a feeling, a connection to my roots, and a reflection of grace in a modern life.

In those six yards, I find both strength and softness—a timeless piece of who I am.
