This burnt orange and olive green handwoven Udupi cotton saree is feather-light, breathable, and built for the Indian tropical climate, effortlessly comfortable for work, casual outings, and long summer days.

Handwoven on traditional Malabar Frame looms, introduced to coastal Karnataka by the Basel Mission of Germany — the Udupi cotton saree carries nearly 150 years of weaving heritage in every thread. Delicate in appearance yet built to last generations, this is a saree that only grows more beautiful with time. This blue and white handwoven Udupi cotton saree features a body of large, bold periwinkle blue and white checks — clean, open and effortlessly breezy in character. the The pallu carries the same checks through with the stripe band widening beautifully, finished with short fringe tassels in blue and white. This saree is woven using 60s count cotton yarn. Feather-light, breathable, and crisp against the skin, it is everything a handloom cotton saree should be. Perfect for daily wear, office draping, casual outings, and hot summer days.
