DOMESTIC:
Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after order is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 3–10 business days post-dispatch, delivery days might vary as per locations across India.
- Above rates and delivery time may vary if you are located in remote location as defined by delivery partner
- Expedited Shipping: May be offered for an additional fee with even faster delivery.

Shipping Coverage & Charges
- Shipping is available across India.
- Free shipping on orders above ₹2999 ; a nominal fee of ₹150 applies to smaller orders. Free shipping of accessories on orders above ₹699, a nominal fee of ₹50 applies to smaller orders.
- Additional charges of ₹200 may apply for Cash-on-Delivery.
Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number.
- Orders can be tracked using the provided tracking link or on the courier’s website.
Packaging & Delivery Partners
- Sarees are carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Delivery is handled by reputed courier agencies to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Shipping Delays & Restrictions
- While the brand aims to meet the 3–10 day delivery promise, delays may occur due to unforeseen factors (e.g., weather, remote areas, or peak periods).
- Shipping is not available on Sundays or public holidays.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses; deliveries to incorrect addresses are not the store’s responsibility.
Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- If a parcel is received in a tampered/damaged condition, customers should refuse it and notify customer service promptly.
- For lost or undelivered packages, contact the logistics partner or customer service for resolution steps.
Return Due to Shipping Issues
- If an order is returned due to an address issue or delivery problem, customer service will contact the buyer to arrange re-shipping; additional shipping fees may apply.

- We ship to all international locations. You can place your orders from the website directly. If your choice of country is unavailable for shipping on the website please reach out to us on WhatsApp on +91 8310868579. Our team will assist you in processing the order manually.
- Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days.
- We do not accept any returns/ exchanges on International orders
- International shipping options are available, with rates calculated during checkout. Customs duties and import taxes, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
- International orders will take 10-30 days to reach the destination
