Returns and Refunds Policy

Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Return Reasons:
Returns are typically accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Each Seere saree is handcrafted and handmade, reflecting the unique skill and effort of our artisans. Minor variations in weave, colour, texture, print, or finish are a natural part of the handcrafted process and highlight the authenticity of traditional craftsmanship. These are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the artisan’s handwork and the saree’s individuality.

Exclusions:
Returns are not accepted for custom-stitched, altered, used, or worn products.

Return Process:

  • Notify us via email (hello@seere.in) or WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery, with your order details, photos of the product, and the reason for return.

  • The product must be in original, unused condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • For defective or damaged items, photos are required to process the return.

  • Return shipping charges are typically borne by the customer, and customers are required to self-ship the item.

Return Charges:
A return processing fee of INR 200 per order will apply.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued in the form of a coupon code, which can be used to purchase other products on our website. The coupon will be valid for one year and is usually issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
