The yellow and brown flowers on the red dyed body are made using the resist-dyeing technique that creates a soft, mottled texture unique to Bagru prints. The pallu is visually rich yet understated in its unique design language – a big brown circle in the middle of the contrasting chrome yellow base. The design is further enhanced by broad brown panel that frames the edge of the pallu. The balance of red, brown, and yellow lends this cotton saree a vibrant, rustic charm.
