Exchange Policy

Eligibility: Exchange requests are entertained within 14 days of delivery. (As extended beyond the common 3–7 day industry window based on user’s request; this is an uncommon, customer-friendly policy and should be stated clearly.)
Please note that exchanges for one-of-a-kind or limited-edition products may not always be possible, as certain weaves are created only once and are not reproduced for long periods. In such cases, we will offer an exchange with the closest available weave or a similar product.
Conditions:
- Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are not possible for customized or altered sarees, or missing tags.
- Only one exchange per order is permitted in most cases.
- For exchanges due to reasons other than damage or incorrect product, the customer may have to bear two-way shipping charges.
- Product inspection is mandatory before approving an exchange.
Process:
- Initiate an exchange by contacting customer support with order details within 14 days of delivery.
- Ship the product back to the brand’s exchange address after approval.
- After inspection, a replacement is shipped or a store credit (of equal value minus shipping charges) is issued.
Store Credit: If the desired replacement is unavailable, a store credit valid for a set period ; 1 year, may be issued for future purchases.
General Terms
- Products returned without prior approval, not meeting return/exchange conditions, or sent after the deadline will be returned to the customer without processing.
- The design reserves the right to reject returns/exchanges if the product is not in sellable condition.
- Contact details (name, address, phone, order ID) must accompany the returned parcel.
