1. Cancellation by Seere
At Seere, we take pride in fulfilling your orders with care and precision. However, there may be rare instances where we need to cancel an order. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Limited stock availability
- Errors in product description or pricing
- Concerns raised by our fraud prevention systems
- Incomplete or unverifiable customer information
- Any other unforeseen reason identified by our team
If your order is cancelled—partially or fully—you will be notified promptly. Any payment made for the cancelled items will be refunded in full.

2. Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.
To check your order status, simply log in and use the Track Order feature on our website.
If your cancellation request is received before dispatch:
We will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment.
If your original payment method is no longer active, we may process the refund via cheque upon verifying your details.
To request a cancellation, please email us at hello@seere.in with your order details.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
3. Payment Deductions for Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the transaction fails, we will ensure the amount is refunded to your account at the earliest.
